Co-fermentation refers to fermenting coffee beans alongside whole fruits, spices, or yeasts during processing at the farm level. Our unique selections were sourced and roasted by the nation’s best coffee companies and then brewed by Barista Friend Miranda.
Experience flavors of passion fruit, champagne, Hawaiian punch, or kombucha alongside the traditional bitter and earthy tones of fine fresh coffee. This experience will showcase six co-fermented brews, expertly paired with a tasting of delicious artisan cheeses, charcuteries, fruits, jams, and chocolates to complement, contrast, and round out the delicious spread.
